Stinky Slippers!?

I%26#039;ve washed my fleece slippers and can%26#039;t get the %26quot;feet%26quot; smell out of them. Bummer! Anyone have any suggestions? I love them, they%26#039;re just getting broken in, and I don%26#039;t want to have to throw them away!

Stinky Slippers!?
OK, this is going to sound weird, but if you put them in an air tight zipper lock freezer bag and put them in the freezer for a few days it will kill the bacteria that is causing them to stink.

You can also use this method for old books that have a funky smell too.
Reply:2 dryer sheets or fabric softner
Reply:Did you try to put fabric softener in with the wash?
Reply:Nilodour- buy it from any supermarket aust wide. a few drops in each slipper and left in a open place to air should do it!
Reply:wash them in fleecy, i washed my face clothes in fleecy and they came back and they really had an awful odor to them. caroline o.
Reply:put ketchupp in it it helps lol idk **** febreeze seems to work for every odor try that
Reply:soak them in the washer for a couple of hours using your detergent and about a half cup of baking soda.
Reply:sounds crazy, but baking soda and wet newspaper stuffed inside for a few days. then wash with water only.
